Local butcher and restaurateur, Dario Cecchini, has extended his empire of meat to include this space located directly above his butcher’s shop. Here, you’ll find only three items on the menu: the Mac Dario, a half-pound burger in a crisp crumb crust served with roast potatoes and onions; the Super Dario, the former with salad and beans added; and the Welcome, four different dishes of beef and pork served with fresh garden vegetables. All are a nice change from the more standard options found at restaurants throughout Chianti. Outdoor seating is available in summer, but get here
